Because the vehicles are priced at a significant discount to the retail price, there are certain rules and eligibility for those wanting to participate in the program.

Who Is Eligible For the FCA First Responders Program?
- Law Enforcement (Police Officer, Sheriff’s Deputy, Correctional Officer, State Trooper, Federal Officer, Conservation Officer, Game Warden, etc.)
- Fire Personnel (Career Firefighter and/or Volunteer Firefighter)
- EMT/Paramedic
What Vehicles Are Eligible For the FCA First Responders Program?
Available toward the purchase/lease of an eligible new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram vehicle. Not available on Charger Pursuit, Durango Pursuit, SRT Models, Wrangler 4Xe & diesel models, Ram 1500 TRX, Promaster, Promaster City, Maserati or Fiat vehicles.
