My truck had no windshield washer fluid has a light out a mirror, broken and needs an oil change already after just one month. I believe the only thing they care about is selling the vehicle. They do not care about the customers needs or the quality of what they are selling.

The vehicle I bought (2020 Ram 1500) had a clean carfax and they claimed had been certified through their maintenance shop. After the vehicles was delivered, the check engine light was on. My experience with the sales staff was positive, but my interaction with the sales manager was disappointing. After I decided to leave due to the pricing, the sales manager became confrontational rather than professional. Instead of respectfully discussing the numbers, he challenged me about why I came to the dealership in the first place and repeatedly argued that I must have liked the price or I wouldn’t have made the trip. Overall an OK dealership. Disappointed they wouldn’t compensate to replace a tire that was gashed. The only way they would negotiate is by agreeing to use their financing. Not a smart move on their part. Unlikely I would purchase my next car from them.

Overall a decent experience. Salesman Brennan was pleasant. Disappointed that dealership wouldn’t replace or offer a couple of hundred dollars of the price for a tire that was gouged and needed immediate replacement to resolve safety issue. Not sure I would recommend or be a return customer.

I reached our via their website to inquire about a specific vehicle and got an email response from a Turner Silk. Sounded like a fake AI agent name but they said they'd send someone out to the lot to check on the vehicle I inquired about and get back to me. They never got back to me.
