These guys were excellent. I live in Georgia and bought from these guys. Their prices are awesome! From the initial contact to the picking up of the vehicle went super smooth. Car buying is super stressful for me. I loathe even thinking about it. I knew it was time for me to hang up my Durango for something better. My deal was tricky/challenging/stressful (on my end not theirs) but they made it work. Everyone was down to earth and easy to work with. Tony took great care of us and was even patient as some parts of the deal on my end still needed resolve. Now it is all said and done, it was one of the easier car buying experiences I've had. I will be back.
Just bought a new ram 1500 express, it’s a wonderful car and the reps and team there is amazing. They explain everything nicely and work with you on prices and financing options.
The way I see it, buying a new car comes down to two factors: 1. how good of a deal and, 2. customer service experience.
For the new truck that I bought, considering what I was looking for, Glenn Chrysler had the best deal, and stuck with it. They also gave me a very fair price on my trade-in. As for customer service, Brennan and Jayden took very good care of me. They even helped have my bed liner installed before I even showed up. No one was pushy or over the top. The original truck i came to look at had some serious hidden problems. But it was used, and i expected to find things wrong with it. Brennan and Jayden pulled through and showed me some other options in my price range and Jayden worked some magic with my low credit and helped me get set up in a nicer truck.

They misled and lied to me about replacing the tires on the Jeep. They sold a fantasy that they would put new tires on at their cost. What they didn't tell me was their cost is higher than industry standard. They never detailed the car. They wouldn't change the oil even though it's under 50%. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy and will never purchase a car here again.

My experience with the sales staff was positive, but my interaction with the sales manager was disappointing. After I decided to leave due to the pricing, the sales manager became confrontational rather than professional.
